Job Description

• Responsible for establishing and developing the Quality Management Department, including setting up quality control procedures, inspection standards, document management systems, and coordinating team management.
• Coordinate daily Quality Control (QC) inspection activities, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with company quality standards, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Monitor product quality and identify and control defects in a timely manner.
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and other related departments to analyze and identify root causes of issues.
• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Ensure proper recording and filing of inspection results, test records, and quality reports.
• Maintain quality-related documents and records in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements.
• Prepare and report quality performance data to management on a regular basis.
• Continuously identify and drive opportunities for quality process improvement.
• Assist in implementing new quality standards and process systems.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and related processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Quality Control within the manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with quality control procedures and inspection methods.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation preparation and management.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality and Environmental Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Coordinates across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Project, Commissioning & Service departments to ensure effective system

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

2) Coordinate and monitor the implementation of ISO requirements across departments

3) Maintain document control and master document list

4) Control QMS and EMS documentation including SOPs, procedures, records and forms

5) Monitor quality & enviromental objectives, collect KPI data, prepare performance reports and follow up on improvement actions

6) Monitor non-conformance and improvement actions

7) Coordinate internal audits and follow up on Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA)

8) Prepare certification audit documentation, liaise with certification body and support audit closure

9) Monitor project quality documentation and maintain project ISO compliance

10) Assist and Support the Management Representative (MR)

11) Support management review activities and reporting, coordinate ISO activities

REQUIREMENTS

1) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management or related field

2) Min. 2 years experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, document control, engineering/EPCC company

3) Water & wastewatr industry and internal audit experience is an advantage

4) Good documentation & communication skills, good follow-up ability

5) Able to work independently, organized and detailed-orientated

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling and perform routine/non-routine microbial & chemical analyses such as purified water, raw materials, bulk products, finished products, and stability samples in accordance with approved procedures.
• Prepare laboratory reagents, microbiological culture media, media agar plates, sterilization of apparatus, and decontamination of microbiological waste.
• Carry out environmental monitoring activities (viable and non-viable airborne particulate contamination monitoring and microbial swab test).
• Assist in Microbial Limit Test (MLT), Antimicrobial Efficacy Testing (AET), Growth Promotion Test (GPT), Gram staining, microscopy, and microbe identification testing in accordance with established international standards.
• Assist in purified water system performance verification, production cleaning, sanitization validation, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document all results in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
• Participate in out-of-specification and deviation investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintains a high level of good housekeeping including ensuring all glassware, apparatus, and testing equipment are cleaned promptly once the analysis is complete.
• Participate in internal assessment and audit as required.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics, food, nutritional personal care, medical devices, or pharmaceutical quality control laboratory.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices or Good Laboratory Practices.
• Candidates with exposure to Halal, ISO 17025, or ISO 22716 will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide UAT support/analytic review for system migration/enhancement/model validation to ensure successful implementation
• Establish a clear understanding of what is going to be implemented.
• Ability to highlight issues, and test at different angles and scenarios.
• Active participation in project planning, including development and maintenance
• Coordinate active engagements with various stakeholders to identify improved processes.
• Maintain communication with upstream and downstream of stakeholders.
• Monitoring and maintaining existing system defects
• Follow up with Tech to ensure root caused analysis is provided and rationalized for closure

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or in related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Automation and manual testing
• Knowledge of end-to-end UAT life cycle process
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
