Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accountancy, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, or Quality Assurance within the Singapore banking industry.
• Strong familiarity with AML/CFT regulatory requirements issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Conduct internal process, system, and product audits, including follow-up and verification of corrective actions.
• Perform quality planning activities: APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem‑solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Review engineering drawings and specifications; ensure alignment with manufacturing and inspection requirements.
• Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and CAPA activities.
