Job Description

Job Summary:

You will use product domain knowledge and sound engineering practices, to perform embedded firmware test activities for Rockwell Automation products.

You are going to lead test strategy, test planning, and test execution activities in multiple projects. You will report to Manager, Embedded Software and based in Singapore working in Hybrid.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as test lead and create test documentation such as test strategy, test plan, test report.
• Be a mentor and provide technical skills to more junior engineers.
• Understand and translate requirements, design/functional specifications to define test requirements and design test cases.
• Participate in reviews for feature requirements.
• Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases.·
• Develop test ware, test script, and build firmware functional tests based on Rockwell guidelines.
• Debug failures, report anomalies. Report progress to managers and escalate issues on time to project or management.
• Perform regression testing whenever necessary.
• Contribute to test KPI activities by leading the continuous improvement activities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge and expertise in Test Engineering processes (Agile, continuous integration) and methods for test case design and test coverage optimization.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in test automation methodologies.
• Programming experience in scripting languages is required - Python.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in real-time embedded system/hardware.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Lead technical teams and has 5+ years' experience in test engineering especially as a test lead.
• Experience with bug/anomaly tracking and evaluation systems.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience with test lab development.
• Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery process.
• Experience/knowledge in network protocols and analyzers.
• Familiarity with industrial communication network/protocols, e.g.: EtherNet/IP, HART.

Job Responsibilities:

· System Configuration: Develop and maintain LIMS/LES applications (e.g., LabWare, Biovia) to support laboratory workflows.

·Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with laboratory personnel to analyze, map, and improve business processes, translating them into digital solutions.

Job Requirements:

The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for:

Supporting the company's quality control operations by conducting product testing and inspection activities to ensure products meet established quality standards and manufacturing requirements.

Job Summary:

The QC Specialist will work as part of the Quality team, supporting day-to-day QC operations and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all the assigned tasks. This role involves inspecting products at various stages of the manufacturing process, including incoming raw materials, intermediates, in-process materials and finished goods. The role will also participate in investigations of nonconforming products and assist in implementing corrective actions arising from these inspections.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing of incoming raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods.
• Plan and schedule daily routine and ad hoc QC runs assigned by line manager.
• Evaluate data and generate reports, highlighting any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Raise nonconformances for failures observed during QCruns.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation of nonconformancesto determine root causes.
• Draft and revise QC work instructions as required.
• Support validation and stability studies for lab development and Diagnostic products, when necessary.
• Perform general laboratory support activities, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, document archival, and inventory tracking of laboratory reagents, etc.
