Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Handling of quality complaints, ensure they are resolve satisfactorily with necessary counter measures taken to prevent recurrence
2. Analysis quality problem found by QC Inspectors and interacting with other departments on problem resolution
3. Recommend quality improvement actions
4. Perform routine site inspections & quality reporting ( Certificate ) to customer
5. Perform Lab analysis
6. Authorized in Inspection & Test Plan at production 
7. Authorized to train QC base on Inspection & Test Plan and Quality Control Work Instruction
8. Authorized to reject, on-hold the material in various production stage
9. To ensure equipment are comply to calibration process and keep track on the validity period
10. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness & Interpretation
 
Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
1. Candidate must posess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering / Chemical or its equivalent
2. 2 years of working experience in Quality Syatem

Compliance

•Ensure processes and practices comply with ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025 to the

compliance to ISO.

•Ensure processes and practices comply with Local regulations such as DOSH and DOE requirements.

•Act as an internal auditor, carry out internal check on all department from time to time. Document all

finding(s) and follow up with responsible parties.

•Perform audit on suppliers and vendor together with subject matter experts and supply chain. Provide

recommendation report based on the audit finding(s).

Quality

•Carry out calibration program for all QC equipment from prompting operation team for calibration, liaise with calibration service provider, to record keeping of QC equipment.

•Create and review Inspection Test Plan in accordance to the agreed/ project specific Application Procedure Specification.

•Customer Key contact person for Quality related enquiry

•Coordinator of Non-Conformance Report and Root Cause Analysis

•Prepare and issue Certificate of Conformity, Material Record Book, and other related document to

complete the documentation for client.

•Enforce and comply to all quality requirements.

•Understanding test requirement to relevant material in specified ISO.

HSE

•Coordinator of HSE investigation.

•With the help from Subject Matter Expert, perform Risk Assessment, HIRARC, and EAIA.

•Enforce and comply to all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

Document Control

•Control the revision of company document.

•To control distribution of document to internal and external parties.

Other duties as assigned.

• Develop and maintain test programs for characterization, wafer sort, and production using the Advantest V93000 (93K) platform.
• Design and validate test hardware solutions for high-speed I/O (HSIO) applications.
• Lead projects across all development phases, from bring-up to production ramp.
• Collaborate with DFT and DFM teams to improve testability, optimize yield, and enhance overall test methodologies.
• Establish and implement robust test practices, including GR&R, HTOL, and characterization procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed across cross-functional teams.
