Job Summary

We seek a responsible Quality Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and timely order preparation and dispatch across multiple outlets, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise food production to ensure accurate preparation and timely dispatch of all orders
• Oversee order dispatch processes to maintain delivery timeliness, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction
• Monitor and enforce food quality standards throughout preparation and service stages
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely ordering and availability of raw materials for daily operations
• Conduct regular quality inspections on ingredients, preparation methods, and final products
• Enforce strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards through regular staff checks
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations in kitchen and service areas
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to optimise order timing, prioritisation, and workflow efficiency
• Train and guide staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures
• Manage customer feedback related to food quality and service, implementing corrective actions promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control to prevent quality issues from shortages or delays

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
• Proven knowledge of food quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage production workflow and ensure timely order dispatch
• Strong attention to detail to maintain consistency and quality
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities
• Proficient communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing multi-outlet or central kitchen operations
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and audit processes
• Experience working with North Indian or similar cuisine

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.
