Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for QA and shop‑floor operations
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and stock counts of standard parts
• Support issuing, receiving, and preparation of parts for production
• Prepare parts and documents for QC inspection activities
• Update and file QA/QC records, inspection reports, and checklists
• Assist with daily production and inspection support as needed
• On‑the‑job training will be provided

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Entry‑level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Excel, Word)
• Willing to support shop‑floor and QC activities
• Able to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings is an advantage but not a must.
• Willing to work mainly on the shop floor and support production operations.
• Training will be provided

• Up to $2900 + Annual Bonus + $130 allowance

• Tampines (Transport provided to/fro)

• 12 mth contract (renewable/convertible)

Job Descriptions

• Assist engineers in daily QA routine jobs.

• Compilation of shipment report and shipment judgement data.

• Assist the engineers in various types of data compilation request.

• Support new machine and new project data compilation and review.

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor / manager
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Able to work overtime if required

• Minimum education level: Cert in Engineering related courses

Job Details:
• Location: Tampines
• Salary: Up to $2800 Basic + $130 Fixed Allowance + 0.5 Month Completion Bonus
• Duration: 6 Months Maternity Cover
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm

Job Scope:
• Conduct data checks on finished goods to ensure alignment with product specifications and customer requirements.
• Review and validate outgoing quality documentation, including inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and related records.
• Update and monitor quality performance indicators for each shipment, including the use of judgment plates where applicable.
• Identify and report non-conformance or abnormal monitoring trend, assist in root cause analysis and support implementation of non-conformances.
• Provide guidance to colleague on outgoing data compilation when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve product quality issues.
• Support quality engineers in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality control processes and product quality
Requirements:
• Minimum Higher Nitec with 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing industry
