Job Overview

Eminent Pest Control Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our operations team and ensure the delivery of high-quality pest management services to residential, commercial, F&B, and industrial clients.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, manage daily operations, maintain service quality standards, and ensure compliance with NEA regulations and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily pest control operations.

Lead a team of technicians and ensure proper deployment of manpower.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations.

Handle client enquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups.

Train and mentor technicians on pest identification, treatment methods, safety procedures, and customer service.

Ensure all treatments are carried out according to NEA regulations and company SOPs.

Prepare service reports, inspection findings, and corrective action plans.

Monitor service quality, productivity, and technicians' performance.

Coordinate scheduling, route planning, and emergency pest control requests.

Maintain inventory of chemicals, equipment, PPE, and service materials.

Support sales and operations teams in site assessments and quotations when required.

Ensure workplace safety and proper use of pest control equipment and chemicals.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of pest control industry experience.

Possess valid NEA Pest Control Technician/Worker Licence.

Experience in supervising field technicians is preferred.

Good knowledge of general pests, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, and bedbugs.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence preferred.

Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.

Job Description

Eminent Pest Control Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Bookkeeper / Admin Executive to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with Singapore regulations, and smooth office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full/partial set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and follow up on payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and submit GST filing in compliance with IRAS requirements
• Handle annual tax filing and liaise with external tax agents/auditors
• Process payroll, staff claims, CPF contributions, and related submissions
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and service records
• Update accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks) and internal databases
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on job status and billing
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Familiar with GST submission, tax filing, and payroll processing in Singapore
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service industry (e.g. pest control, facilities, F&B)
• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and IRAS compliance

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in accounting and admin roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software,QuickBooks
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to multitask and work independently

Operational Management

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily pest control activities across various client sites.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of pest control chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor service quality and implement corrective measures where needed.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure effective treatment and compliance.

Team Supervision & Training

• Lead, mentor, and train pest control technicians in safe work practices and service standards.
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Assess team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all pest control operations comply with NEA regulations, company SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage, treatment reports, and safety data sheets.
• Implement preventive measures and emergency procedures for chemical handling.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical advice on pest prevention and long-term solutions.
• Prepare and submit service reports and recommendations to clients.
