• Back of store duties including unloading and unpacking stock, keeping our shelves full so our customers can find their favourites!

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing of technology products and services, supporting end-to-end procurement, vendor onboarding, contracting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant technology procurement for the bank.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 4–6 years of procurement experience, ideally with 1–2 years in banking or other regulated industries;
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes, contract management and vendor relationship management;
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., MAS 658, DORA);
• Must have understanding of IT infrastructure, data centres, software licensing models and technology services;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and evaluate complex proposals and contracts;
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desired Skill-set

• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CPM);
• Hands-on experience using procurement and contract management systems such as SAP, Concur, ServiceNow, DocuSign, or similar tools;
• Exposure to sourcing across IT infrastructure, data centres, hardware, software and consultancy services;
• Understanding of cybersecurity considerations within banking or regulated environments;
• Project coordination or project management experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process including sourcing, vendor selection, contracting, delivery and payment coordination;
• Run RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate vendors, and negotiate pricing, terms and SLAs to ensure best value for the bank;
• Work closely with IT, business, finance, risk, and legal teams to understand requirements and support procurement needs;
• Maintain procurement documentation, trackers, and ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations;
• Build and manage strong relationships with technology vendors, monitoring performance against contracts and SLAs;
• Support contract drafting, SOWs, and change requests, working with legal to finalize agreements;
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and third-party risk management (TPRM) processes including due diligence and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer questions, offer product recommendations, and resolve complaints.
• Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, manage returns, and promote loyalty programs.
• Merchandising: Keep shelves stocked, arrange displays, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure the sales floor is appealing.
• Inventory: Assist with receiving stock, conducting counts, and reporting low inventory.

Store Manager
Responsibilities:

• Store Opening: Ensure store cleanliness and report opening cash, ensure up-to-date price tags are displayed, set daily sales targets using sales logs, and monitor CCTV positioning.
• Security Management: Implement theft prevention measures for external and internal theft, conduct bag checks, and ensure adherence to proper cash management procedures.
• Daily Operations: Generate daily KPI reports and submit daily inventory reports 10 minutes before store closure.
• Store Closing: Perform housekeeping tasks, report on closing sales, and handle banking cash with reporting to the Operations Manager
