About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract & Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and contract management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contract administration, supplier management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices to support project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project teams with timely procurement and commercial coordination.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Handle contract claims, variations, and dispute resolution when required.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
• Experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, or industrial projects is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of contract administration and procurement procedures.
• Familiarity with supplier management and tendering processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience handling EPC or industrial project procurement is an added advantage
