Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate transport for incoming and outgoing goods, managing relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff (operators, pickers, drivers).
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
Process Improvement: Implement lean initiatives and technology (WMS/ERP) to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
Reporting: Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and cost per unit, reporting to senior management
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–5+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical: Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory management techniques.
