Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage parts purchasing in line with HQ guidelines
• Liaise with overseas HQ to align on purchasing rules and plans
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Monitor inventory control and report issues or risks
• Maintain accurate inventory records (quality, quantity, lifecycle)
• Perform month-end stock takes and reconciliations
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and prepare documentation
• Assist in the management and tracking of office's measuring instruments
• Support laser licence applications and related admin tasks
• Assist with sales quotations preparation and update order status upon PO receipt

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience or practical knowledge in inventory control.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
