Job Description:
(a) Manages delivery of laboratory supplies (consumables, chemicals, and reagents) from Suppliers and to Customer’s stockrooms and points-of-use accordingly.

(b) Perform goods receipt in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems upon receiving of these laboratory supplies

(c) Be reactive to stock level adjustment and provide communication/feedback to customer based on usage and replenishment data to keep stock level updated.

(d) Stock check inventory supply ensuring products are not expired and at recommended stock level.

(e) Perform reliable delivery to customers at their working areas.

(f) Providing other site support inventory management services which support the laboratory operation as defined by service deliverables to customers.

(g) Ensure good housekeeping around the stockroom and point-of-use areas.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience in cold room, preferably in pharmaceutical industries

Job Scope

* Day-to-day duties and operations of the accounts department

* Management of capital and fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivables

* Preparation of IRAS GST submission

* General Ledger accounting

* Liaising with finance software vendor for maintenance and applications

* Perform revenue and expenditure variance analysis

* Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports, year-end closing, and annual audits

* Oversee internal control function and administration of financial policy

* Oversees stock entries and monthly stock-take

* Treasury Reporting

* Vendor Payment

* Accounts Receivable Management and Collection

* Handle full set of accounts

* Monitor revenue and expenditure transactions.

* Responsible for the preparation of audit reports for submission

* Coordinate the annual filing of statutory corporate documents with ACRA

* Assists in the preparation of annual Corporate tax return with external tax consultant

* Provide support and assistance for general administrative, finance and other general HR support as needed

* Perform billings to customers, generate weekly sales report, management of claims in Concur System, prepare monthly bank reconciliation

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in accounting/ any relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience
• Preferably experience with US GAAP and Exchequer
• Experience with Inventory & AR
