Role Overview

As a Retail Store Associate at Moomoo Malaysia, you will play a vital frontline role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our physical experiential stores. You’ll assist in customer onboarding, provide basic product and platform guidance, support in-store marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the financial services sector with exposure to retail brokerage and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in clients with account opening, platform setup, and app guidance.
• Handle inquiries and escalate complex cases.
• Educate clients on investment tools and platform features.
• Support daily operations and compliance checks.
• Manage documentation and backend onboarding.
• Ensure client data confidentiality.
• Help sales team with client acquisition and KPIs.
• Follow up with leads, set appointments, and assist in in-store events.
• Provide on-site support for marketing campaigns.
• Help promote brand and community engagement activities.

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service, financial advisory, or retail experience would be added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and brokerage platforms would be added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passing an internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period is mandatory (training provided).
• Proficient in Malay; Mandarin or English is a plus.

About The Role

As an Associate Executive, Procurement in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Working in a team you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. You will also communicate closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patients’ care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that procurement of products and services are always carried out in a fair and objective manner in compliance to procurement policies and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitors and reviews consumption trends for all medical, surgical and non-medical supplies and re-adjust their holding levels as appropriate.
• Assists in the preparation of procurement documents and negotiate with vendors.
• Process PR/ PO/ Invoices/ WOC.
• Actively participate in RFQ/P procurement process and coordinate approval papers for submission.
• Liaise with store / user departments and vendors on any dispute over item discrepancies and reconciles with the vendors and reports unresolved issues.
• Solicit feedback and be proactive in addressing problems.

Requirements

• Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Ariba/Sesami and SAP MM modules.
• Sound knowledge of procurement cycle and governance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be part of Procurement Services and Technology team. He/she will be an integral member of procurement shared services set-up, and will conduct souring events and look after the end-to-end supplier onboarding process.

Responsibilites

• Execute sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for low- to medium-complexity purchases using the enterprise sourcing system.
• Manage supplier invitations and communications, including clarifications and follow-ups during sourcing events.
• Support supplier onboarding, ensuring registration details, tax, and banking information are complete and accurate.
• Validate supplier data quality and resolve basic issues to prevent delays in PO creation and payment.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and audit requirements across sourcing and onboarding activities.
• Handle high transaction volumes while meeting tight turnaround timelines and service-level expectations.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers by providing guidance on system usage and standard processes.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate exceptions appropriately to improve process efficiency and reduce rework.

• Diploma in business, supply chain, procurement or related field
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Fresh diploma holder with strong learning capabilities and excellent aptitude will be considered
