An established and leading public healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to contract finalization
· Support Facility and Project Managers on procurement needs, including tender preparation and cost analysis
· Conduct sourcing processes such as ITQ and RFP
· Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors
· Support contract negotiations and maintain procurement documentation
· Monitor vendor performance and prepare KPI reports
· Contribute to process improvements and support departmental planning
· Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant procurement experience
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office
