About this role

The Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading and executing sourcing and procurement activities for complex process automation projects, combining engineering knowledge with commercial expertise. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of technically compliant materials, equipment, and services, aligned with project specifications and quality standards. • Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
• Conduct visual inspection and report any non-conformity / exception from shipment
• Support Supervisor to achieve all required KPI.
• Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
• Ensure all documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Continuously striving for higher level of performance efficiency.

Experience and qualification:

• 2 years experiences in warehouse / logistics Industry preferred
• PC literate, preferably familiar with Warehouse Management System
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage

• Basic UP$2800 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location at Macpherson 

• Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

• Lead and manage a team warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee operational execution to ensure service levels, lead times, and customer KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Act as the key customer interface, handling operational queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong customer relationships with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements:             

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience, with proven experience managing a team of at least 12–15 headcount.
• Proficient in SAP (WM/MM or equivalent systems) for inventory and operational transactions.
• Strong customer-facing skills – confident, responsive, and able to manage stakeholders effectively
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage a small team and drive performance outcomes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support shift-based / 24/7 operations when required.
