Responsibilities

• Participate in store location selection, renovation, and related matters to ensure alignment with brand image and marketing plans.
• Manage the daily operations of experiential stores to ensure efficient workflows.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement consistent customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of in-store employees to strengthen the team's professional capabilities.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and build brand loyalty.

• Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese is highly preferred.
• Over 3 years of relevant store management experience, with preference given to candidates with FinTech or brokerage industry backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers at all levels.
• Passing an internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period is mandatory (training provided).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing effective business strategies.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles, with relevant work experience and knowledge.
• Ability to take responsibility for sales results, with a strong goal-oriented and self-driven mindset.
• Pass FIMM Combined Exam and register as Unit Trust Consultant is essential; however, the company will sponsor you to obtain the license.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Purchasing and Inventory Manager in maintaining the purchasing and inventory planning processes
• Ensuring the timely arrival of purchases and maintaining existing inventory position in a healthy state
• Involved in liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders on related matters

PURCHASING

• Check suppliers’ confirmation orders against our PO issued.
• Liaise with forwarders on shipping departure and arrival dates of standard POs.
• Monitoring of the arrival of indent orders and sample requests.
• Maintaining a timetable of shipment arrivals.
• Broadcasting ETA details (including indent orders &samples) in a shared file.
• Receiving items into SAP with accurate details.
• Prepare monthly marine cargo insurance declaration.
• Provide monthly ETA schedules of FCL arrivals.
• Preparation of product labels when needed.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Conduct random inventory checks on selected items to ensure accuracy of stock position.
• Liaise with the Warehouse team on inventory discrepancies and rectify.
• Prepare a monthly clearance list for items with shorter remaining shelf life (after physical check).
• Prepare a monthly report for review by the Managing Director and Finance.
• SAP adjustments – stock repacking, non-sales inventory movements e.g. samples issued, damaged items, stocks over- or short-supplied. etc.
• Update SAP with inventory repacking.
• Assist in year-end stock take preparation and updating of stock count results.  This may extend beyond normal working hours and is reimbursed for the overtime with Off-In-Lieu.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Possess at least 2 years’ experience in Purchasing and Inventory
• Knowledge of SAP, Incoterms, MS Office, esp. Excel (Intermediate)
• Working experience in the food industry will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory
• Maintain updated and accurate inventory records, including stock transfers and cycle counts
• Monitor monthly safety stock levels to meet order requirements
• Lead the annual stock take exercise
• Ensure the sales team uses the correct item codes
• Review and investigate product and quantity discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Analyse product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory levels
