Position Description (Summary):
The Store Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks related to store operations. This includes receiving and processing shipments, update stock movement transactions in SAP, managing inventory and maintaining accurate records.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Provide Material Picklist to Store keepers to retrieve the Parts for Production
· Update stock movement in SAP
· Print Material Document for Production Material handler to endorse good received.
2 Process Customers orders due and Provide Finished Good Delivery Picking to Storekeeper to pick the Finished Good:
· Local Delivery
· Oversea Shipment
Follow up Post Good Issue in SAP once Delivery has completed (Please check that Delivery notes are endorsed by customers).
3 Process Incoming Purchases into SAP, ensure all documentation are in place.
· Delivery Order (Qty /Item checked by Store keeper)
· Ensure COC/COA is provided by Suppliers
· Issue store in label for parts received.
4 Process Incoming receiving for Consigned Materials.
· Coordinate with Customer for any discrepancy
5 Update stock movement of Finished Goods and raw parts into in SAP after verified by Storekeeper.
· Ensure Stock items (Part number, qty) tally with SRN.
6 Stock Counting
· Assist on monthly stock count.
· Ensure Stock Count Accuracy
7 Equipment Maintenance and Control
· Ensure all Store’s equipment is maintained in safe and working condition
· Regular check that all equipment is calibrated and recorded.
· Ensure Store records for safety & procedures are properly kept and updated
- Forklift clocking Log book
- Store Humidity record
8 Cost Control
Monitor and control costs related to transportation, storage and handling of materials to optimize operational budgets
9 Observe and comply with the Company’s safety and health system, safe work procedures and instructions, as well as safety policy and rules.
10 Work together Store members to meet Store to meet Store KPIs.

11 Monthly compilation Report
· Waste Report
12 Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Authority:
· To perform Store transactions in SAP (receiving, issuing and delivery)
· To liaise with Driver on delivery to customers
· To communicate with Freight forwarders on shipment booking
Back-Up/Proxy:
· Buddy system
· Store Clerk
Job Specification:
1) Educational Qualifications:
Minimum GCE O level or equivalent related field.
2) Other Technical/Professional Qualifications: NA
3)Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a store, within manufacturing or store/logistic in Logistic
Environment.
4) Knowledge Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, working knowledge in SAP is preferably.
Strong understanding of store operations.
5) Skills Required:
Good communication and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
