Responsibilities:

• Check incoming goods – verify quantities and quality against delivery or purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and store goods systematically in designated areas; maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Deliver goods to retail outlets/customers as scheduled; ensure accurate labeling, safe loading/unloading, and timely dispatch.
• Manage stock control – update inventory records, report discrepancies/damages, and support regular stock counts.
• Support events & ad-hoc tasks – assist with logistics for promotions/fairs, plus other operational duties assigned by management.

Job Scope: Cold Warehouse

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods in cold room conditions.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to maintain product quality.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and cold storage areas.
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of protective equipment in low-temperature environments.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks) where required.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support daily operations.

Compensation and Work Details

• Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,200
• Night Shift Allowance: $10 per day
• Cold Room Allowance: $150 per month (applicable only when required)

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• 9:00 PM to 6:45 AM (inclusive of 1-hour break)
