Responsibilities

• Manage Procure to Pay process for both direct materials, indirect materials and services in accordance to company policy and procedures

• Review and establish short and long terms contracts, issue spot purchase orders

• Maintain and upload contracts in the Contact Portal

• Setups and maintain internal / external catalogues items.

• Analyze market directions, supplier positions, outlook, risk, opportunities, for achieving reliable services and supply at lowest cost.

• Initiate contracting strategies to drive synergies and deliver savings and value creation.

• Analyze quotation prices, set up contracts, issue purchase orders, review and evaluate supplier performance with end users.

• Identifying and classifying fast moving items and establish a long-term contract.

• Maintain communications with end users on their request and demands and also upcoming projects with a view to resolve any issue and schedule meetings to establish personal business relationship.

• Maintain business relationship with suppliers, intervene to resolve contractors / suppliers’ issues to minimize business disruptions and impact

• Coordinate with Finance to resolve payment discrepancies between supplier in a timely and quality manner.

• Optimize overall cost position and realize savings in procurement portfolio and vendor based on trends, benchmarking, analysis and negotiations

• Achieve targeted savings and value creations

• Participate in cross functional meetings

Role Overview:

The Operation teams at SPX Express covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:

• Extract, reconcile and report the billing data of agencies utilising SQL monthly
• Design and change billing logic according to business process changes, new initiatives or other changes
• Ad Hoc data support and dashboard building for P&L analysis and Operations KPI
• Assist full-cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleaning, data analysis and data visualisation
• Streamline billing SOP and communicate the SOP between internal and external stakeholders
• Generate ad hoc reports to support operation and procurement teams
• Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end
• Work with several large and complex data warehouses

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python skill is a plus

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for technology products and services, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor onboarding, and third-party risk management. You will collaborate with internal teams across IT, legal, finance, and risk to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing IT procurement processes from sourcing to payment
• Conducting RFP/RFQ and negotiating contracts with vendors
• Supporting vendor onboarding and third-party risk management
• Monitoring vendor performance and service delivery
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations such as MAS 658 and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act

Requirements:
