Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with user departments to gather necessary information for furniture and equipment procurement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies throughout the entire procurement process.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for services and non-medical supplies, establishing timely contracts to ensure a steady supply.
• Serve as the procurement co-lead alongside the management team, guiding the evaluation committee in assessing proposals from vendors and service providers.
• Contribute to value addition through effective negotiation and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Act as secretary for the IGH Programme Office, managing meeting agendas, administrative tasks, accurate record-keeping, and coordination of meetings and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to promote the integration of AI and digital tools, fostering a digital-first approach among team members.
Requirement:
• Relevant degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology for process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build productive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
