About the Role

The Printing & Mailing Production Operator is responsible for carrying out daily production tasks, including digital printing, envelope inserting, material handling, and quality control, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the production line and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented team player with the flexibility to support production needs and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Quality

• Execute daily production orders while respecting priorities, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment (printers, inserters, pallet jack – training provided).
• Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects, discrepancies, or damaged goods to the Manager.
• Ensure all machines in the assigned production line are operational and follow established control procedures.
• Participate in the management of stock, waste, and rejects (in case of production error or quality issues), and notify the Quality Department when needed.
• Accurately complete production tracking documents (printing, inserting, and quality reporting).

Material Handling & Logistics

• Handle materials including packing/unpacking, pallet transfers using pallet jack, and storage.
• Ensure all stock is properly stored, rotated, and labelled.
• Assist with stock taking and inventory organization.
• Prepare items for local delivery, courier dispatch, or store transfers.
• Ability to carry goods up to 20 kg.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Inform the supply team on time about consumable needs to avoid stock shortages.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Support team performance by demonstrating cooperation, flexibility, and mutual assistance.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be part of the Transmission Media Delivery team in provisioning links connectivity to deliver audio video feeds from event sites to designated locations.

The Operations Engineer shall support the installation of delivery links to send the audio video feeds from the event sites to designated locations by deploying suitable technologies. He is to ensure the feed received at the designated location is of broadcast quality and to monitor throughout the events. He will also need to maintain all the delivery equipment well to ensure operational readiness as well as keeping all related documentation properly updated and maintained.

Key Responsibilities & Challenges:

• Assist in managing projects related to Media Delivery links
• Establish various types of Media Delivery technologies include cellular bonding technology, optical fiber link, microwave link, IP streaming, Mesh Radio link and etc for events linkage
• Set up equipment at outdoor venues and ensure all power supplies requirements are adequate and appropriate for Live operations, that comply with safety regulations.
• Liaise with the agencies and building owners for the approval of use of the premises.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and after office hours depending on the job requirements
• Perform standby duty for VIP events (e.g. breaking news, emergency events, BCP exercise and etc.)
• Perform standby duty and able to work on irregular hours based on OB events requirement
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and housekeeping
• Adhere to workplace safety and health norms while performing duties

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
• Candidate without the academic qualifications but with at least 3 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in digital transmission, such as COFDM, MIMO technology
• Knowledge in IT computer networking
• Knowledge in Linux and/or Windows OS
• Basic cyber security knowledge

Senior Media Production Specialist

The Senior Media Production Specialist is responsible for producing basic videos from end to end. The role will require skilled operating of video cameras and related equipment and the ability to do edits to achieve the desired promotional and/or educational objectives. The Senior Media Production Specialist interacts with internal and external participants involved in the projects in a highly collaborative environment that requires input and feedback from the production/account management team. In projects that call for it, the Senior Media Production Specialist may function as the Producer or Director on set and be responsible for evaluating project objectives and target audience, staying within budget, and time, and operating within program format and content to attain desired goals. Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning and creating short-form video content (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok) and long-form video content (YouTube, IGTV, Facebook) for digital marketing solutions
• Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
• Determine the necessary technical support and assist with the assembling, preparing, and setting up of equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables, leads, backdrops, and headphones
• Complete preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assist in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties
