Job Description

As the General Manager at FUTURE DESIGN PTE LTD, you will oversee all business operations, project management, and team leadership for our interior design and renovation projects. Your core responsibilities include:

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of progressive management experience in the construction, interior design, or building renovation industry, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, interior design principles, material selection, and project management methodologies. Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations (e.g., MOM, BCA guidelines), and industry compliance standards.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to guide teams and resolve project challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills to build trust and manage stakeholder expectations. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and business software (MS Office, CRM systems).
