Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support senior leadership in regional market expansion, client acquisition and strategic partnership development.
This role plays a key part in identifying business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and contributing to revenue growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with management to coordinate commercial activities across multiple markets and support the execution of business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Support the development and execution of regional business growth strategies
• Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking potential leads and monitoring conversion progress
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings, negotiations and business presentations
• Support preparation of commercial proposals, tenders and partnership agreements
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
• Organise and support corporate networking activities, business events and industry engagements
• Facilitate executive travel planning and provide on-site support during business missions and overseas trips
• Assist in coordinating cross-border projects and ensuring effective communication with regional teams
• Monitor business performance indicators and prepare periodic management reports
• Provide strategic and operational support to senior management in revenue-generating initiatives
• Handle sensitive commercial information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales coordination or commercial support roles
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support regional business communications
• Confident and professional in client-facing and corporate networking environments
• Ability to work flexible hours including participation in evening business engagements when required
• Willingness to travel frequently for regional business activities
• Possess a valid driving licence and able to support business mobility requirements
• Strong business etiquette, presentation skills and ability to represent the company in professional settings
