• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, long-term agreements (LTAs), VMI terms, and tooling cost amortization.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue, margin, and new program wins).

3. Cross-functional Coordination

• Liaise between key customer’s engineering team and 3G’s internal production, QA, and tool room teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) alignment.

• Manage the APQP/PPAP process for new precision components, ensuring zero-defect launches.

• Track KPIs: OTD (On-Time Delivery), PPM (defect rate), and cost-down initiatives.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Analyze key customer’s supplier scorecards and competitor activities (e.g., other precision engineering vendors).

• Provide monthly forecasts and risk assessments related to raw material prices, capacity constraints, and lead times.

5. Contract & Compliance Management

Negotiate frame contracts, confidentiality agreements, and supply agreements in compliance with key customer’s ethical sourcing and quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 if applicable).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in construction contract management in Commercial/Mixed-Use Development Projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

Play a pivotal role in transforming our public transport landscape by spear heading the development of bus infrastructure, including integrated transport hubs, businter changes and bus depots.

Working alongside government agencies, planners, technical professionals, and public transport operators, you will lead the strategic planning, review, and development of critical bus infrastructure projects that will shape the futureof public transport in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1.Planning and Site Assessment

Collaborate with planners and relevant agencies to identify and assess the suitability of sites for bus infrastructure. Coordinate the development of the bus infrastructure design, assess commuter connectivity requirements and identify necessary traffic improvements to ensure comprehensive infrastructure coverage around the development.

2.Project Management and Design Oversight

Lead project management activities to ensure target milestones are met. Work closely with developers, contractors and project teams to resolve issues arising during development by conducting regular design reviews and progress meetings. Ensure designs are fit for purpose, operations and maintenance friendly and provide pleasant commuter as well as staff experiences.

3.Stakeholder Coordination and Funding

Work with relevant divisions to obtain funding approval for infrastructure development and prepare the necessary tender documents. Drive consultations and engagements with relevant stakeholders, including public transport operators,to safeguard design provisions to ensure operational and maintain ability needs are met.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

· Assist project manager is the execution of the projects.

· Responsibilities for co-ordination with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.

· Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Subcontractor on Equipment & Material submissions.

· Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.

· Assist drafting team for design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&ID drawing. Review and check drawing before submit to main contractor.

· Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.

· Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.

Requirements:
