Lift - Administrator (Sales Support)

• Office Location: Kaki Bukit Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.45pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

• Handle customer enquiries related to engineering services and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
• Prepare, process, and track sales quotations, invoices, Bills of Quantity (BQ), and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on Goods Receipt (GR) status and liaise with the Field Service team on Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Process billing for Maintenance and Permit-To-Operate (PTO) contracts, working closely with the Finance department.
• Follow up with customers on Purchase Orders and GR completion to ensure smooth billing and documentation flow.
• Provide general administrative support, including assistance with insurance matters, customer surveys, and company initiatives.

Requirement

• Diploma in business or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business administration or sales support. Preferably in lift or escalator industry.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems
• Proficient in SAP for business and sales operations
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing costing, standard setting, and standard costing activities.
• Collaborate with Production and R&D on product costing, inventory management, and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Analyse production variances, investigate actual vs standard costs, and review inventory for excess/obsolete stock.
• Prepare monthly operating reports, KPI dashboards, and data analytics.
• Partner with operations on process improvements and cost control projects.
• Perform physical inventory counts, month-end closing, and related journal entries (cost accruals, GIT, inventory adjustments).
• Maintain Bill of Materials and item master; support audits and external requests.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments or special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry
