Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

·       Manage a team and the deliveryof projects/engagements to the highest quality of service and technicalexcellence.

·       Conducting reviews of externalthird party commercial real estate valuations across APAC.

·       Reviewing market data andapplying judgement to determine reasonableness of valuations assumptions usedin deriving a Market Value opinion.

Position Requirements
