About the team

The Fraud Operations team works to identify, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activity before it impacts Stripe’s business or users.  From merchant fraud to card testing and account takeover, our goal is to build a scalable, highly accurate organization of investigators to mitigate risk to Stripe and our users. • Inspection on Installation of Main Engines, Generators, Mechanical ventilation Systems, Steering Gear Systems, Air Conditioning Systems and Winches, Derrick & etc.
• Raw material inspection - Review of Test certificates with respect to Standards & P.O
• Witnessing Mechanical test in laboratories -Tensile, Impact, Hardness & Bend test.
• Witnessing the pressure test, flushing and chemical cleaning piping system.
• Carrying out inspection on GRP material during and after installation as per code.
• Preparation and submitted dossiers for handover to operations.  
• Keeping track of all generated Quality documents for the project and final compilation.
• Prepare and issue Inspection Reports and NCRs’
• Inspection of piping from the early stage of spool fabrication to line check, hydro test, chemical cleaning &reinstatement, till the final stage of color-coding and valve tagging.
• To conduct the factory acceptance test due to equipment delivery  (FAT)
• HVAC Material Received inspection and vender certificates documents (VCD) verifications.
• Inspection of HVAC equipment site construction activities testing adjusting and balancing of system as per applicable vendor requirements and standards.
• Inspect accordance with approved drawing speciation and installation procedure and material storage procedure is properly implemented./ Inspection on ducting lining insulation of the air-conditioning  system

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Michelin-Star Guest Experiences

• Lead the dining room team in delivering personalized, intuitive and memorable guest experiences aligned with Michelin-star and luxury hospitality standards.
• Drive service excellence through attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs and effective service recovery.
• Maintain compliance with LQA standards, Accor luxury service culture and restaurant service rituals.
• Build strong relationships with returning guests, VIPs and loyalty members.

Oversee Fine Dining Operations

• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, service flow, staffing deployment and outlet readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fine dining, luxury restaurant, or upscale hotel environment.
• Experience within a Michelin-starred, award-winning, or luxury hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
