JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Hostel Management

• Oversee daily operations of the worker hostel or accommodation.
• Ensure the hostel environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
• Monitor occupancy and room allocation for workers.

2. Resident Discipline & Welfare

• Ensure residents follow hostel rules and regulations.
• Handle complaints or disputes among residents.
• Monitor worker behavior and report misconduct to HR or management.
• Provide support to workers in case of emergencies or welfare issues.

3. Safety & Security

• Ensure hostel safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors.
