Cyber Response is one of five pillars in KPMG’s cyber security business, the others being Strategy & Governance, Transformation, Cyber Defence (Ethical Hacking) and Education (Training). The Cyber Response team primarily assists clients who have experienced a cyber security incident such as ransomware, business e-mail compromise or other kinds of network intrusion.

We investigate the root cause of the incident and the extent of the breach - what systems were affected and if data was exfiltrated. We also help clients to recover from the incident – help restore systems and expel intruders from the network as well as provide practical recommendations on how to prevent further incidents. The typical output of our work is a report which is used by client’s management or sent to regulators such as Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Other activities include preparing clients for incidents by improving the processes, writing playbooks simulating incidents through war games and providing bespoke training.

You will work with an experienced team of forensic professionals, cyber incident coordinators, security professionals, attorneys, and corporate partners. As your experience grows, you will have opportunity to work in other pillars, but your first few years will be directed to become proficient in cyber response.

This role involves:

• Your tasks could include computer imaging, log file analysis, investigating computer artefacts, analysis of malware, briefing your colleagues and clients, and writing parts of reports.

What are we looking for:

The expected programming proficiency is to be able to write a program that reads a log file line by line, parses it into fields using regular expressions, enriches data by issuing requests to a web API and writes to a file the result.

• Time management. It is not uncommon to work on two projects at the same time. You should be able to understand priorities, be confident enough to clarify the priorities from senior team members and raise concerns if these are not achievable.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Social Commerce Manager for our client, a leading global consumer goods company. Sitting at the intersection of creators, content and commerce, you'll drive growth across emerging platforms, unlock new opportunities, and help redefine how brands engage, influence and convert consumers in today's digital-first world.

Role: 

• Lead the growth and evolution of social commerce channels, developing strategies that drive sustainable GMV growth, improve ROAS, and strengthen affiliate and creator ecosystems.
• Identify, evaluate and pilot emerging commerce opportunities across new platforms and channels through structured test-and-learn initiatives with strategic partners.
• Own social commerce performance frameworks, leveraging data, measurement and reporting to uncover insights, optimize performance and drive business growth.
• Oversee social and influencer ecosystems, including creators, KOLs, MCNs, affiliate networks and agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration and measurable commercial impact.
• Lead end-to-end social campaign planning and execution, partnering with agency teams to deliver audience strategies, campaign deployment, content distribution and performance optimization aligned with brand objectives.
• Drive livestream and video commerce excellence by developing and operationalising performance scorecards that elevate channel effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on social commerce, creator marketing and platform innovation, bringing forward emerging trends, opportunities and best practices to inform business decisions.
• Lead learning agendas across brands by translating insights into actionable recommendations, scaling successful initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build internal capabilities through training, coaching and knowledge-sharing programmes that strengthen social commerce, digital media and analytics expertise across stakeholder groups.
• Influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders through compelling storytelling, strategic recommendations and data-driven insights that support business objectives.
• Ensure all commerce, creator and livestream activities adhere to brand governance, compliance requirements and brand safety standards, safeguarding brand integrity across all touchpoints.

You:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Social Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, Performance Marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in TikTok Shop and social commerce ecosystems, with a strong understanding of how content, creators and commerce work together to drive growth.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator economy trends, affiliate marketing models and platform best practices.
• Experience managing creators, influencers, agencies, MCNs, affiliate networks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics, media optimisation and growth levers.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities and turning insights into action.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence audiences at all levels.
• Passion for emerging technologies, digital culture and the evolving social commerce landscape.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
