Key Responsibilities:

• Process suppliers’ invoices and staff expense claims accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and e-banking transactions for suppliers and expenses

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Procurement & Sourcing

·      Assist in sourcing suppliers, subcontractors and service providers

·      Assist in identifying alternative suppliers when required

·      Request and compile quotations from suppliers for comparison

2. Purchase Order(PO) Management

3. Supplier Coordination
