• Ensure accurate financial records by preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and period-end adjustments.

Overview

Lead and support the team in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouse operations, with a focus on overseeing field deployments and managing on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of marketing materials such as prints, premiums, and marketing collaterals to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and rectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshooting retail demos and other retail installations.
• Lead the preparation and organization of deployment materials for field teams, ensuring all resources are ready for on-site activities.
• Supervise and maintain the organization and tidiness of the warehouse, ensuring materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Drive and transport team members and materials to event sites, retail locations, and other designated areas when needed.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events, roadshows, and deployments, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the team and successful completion of projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving License required.
• Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
• 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
• Male applicants must have completed National Service (NS)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Creative to join our growing team. This role is for a thinker and maker who can generate bold ideas, solve creative challenges, and bring strong concepts to life with clarity, craft, and cultural relevance.

As a Senior Creative at UNTOLD, you will:

• Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns, activations, and brand experiences
• Translate strategy into compelling creative narratives, visual directions, and storytelling frameworks
• Crack briefs with strong creative thinking and work with the team to shape ideas that are original, relevant, and executable
• Work across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and F and B brands, from ideation through to execution
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life across channels
• Present ideas confidently and articulate the thinking behind the work
• Support the development of creative toolkits, brand playbooks, and cross market assets
• Mentor junior team members and help raise the creative standard across projects

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders

• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery

• Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle

• Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places

• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement

• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.

• Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders

• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle

• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
