Responsibilities:
Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control.
Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.
Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.
Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.
Requirements:
Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent
Degree / Diploma in Engineering
Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage
Experience in M&E, PSG or Fire systems design and prepare drawings
Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical Systems
At least 2 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
