• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ACMV, etc.).
• Maintain comprehensive records of repairs, inspections, and servicing activities.
• Support the application and renewal of statutory licenses (NEA, BCA, etc.).
• Liaise with external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and specialized services.
• Monitor service contracts to ensure vendors meet agreed standards.
• Coordinate the setup and termination of utilities (SP, telecoms, etc.).
• Coordinate crane and equipment servicing and maintenance schedules.
• Arrange pest control services to uphold hygiene standards.
• Handle lift renewal matters on the BCA LEAP website.
• Handle Land Transport Authority (LTA) fines and related matters.
• Manage the renewal of season parking, Vehicle Parking Certificates (VPC), and road tax for company vehicles.
• Manage the renewal of building and vehicle insurance policies.
• Manage tenancy agreements for office, site, and dormitory.
• Support signage and banner installation, ensuring site readiness.
• Coordinate fire drills, emergency preparedness activities, and security measures.
• Arrange safety courses and training sessions for workers to comply with regulations.
• Support manpower and resource allocation, including scheduling work shifts and overtime for workers.
