• Mengurus sekumpulan pekerja Penyelenggaraan dan memastikan semua mematuhi peraturan dan prosedur keselamatan.
• Berkomunikasi dengan semua pembekal, penyedia perkhidmatan & Kontraktor tentang isu-isu penyelenggaraan & kemudahan.
• Menyediakan bajet tahunan jabatan dan mengendalikan jabatan dengan cekap mengikut sasaran.
• Pengetahuan dalam Hidraulik, Elektronik, perisian, elektrik, pneumatik dan sistem mekanikal adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Merancang dan mengatur Penyelenggaraan Pencegahan untuk semua mesin.
• Bertindak balas dan mengambil tindakan segera untuk membetulkan kerosakan mesin dan mengurangkan masa henti.
• Membuat rekod terperinci bagi semua aktiviti penyelenggaraan seperti alat ganti, perbelanjaan kemudahan, pencegahan, masa henti, dan sebagainya.

Keperluan Kerja:

• Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Ijazah.
• Minimum 3 hingga 5 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang berkaitan.
• Kebolehan membaca manual mesin, pemasangan & penyelesaian masalah alat ganti elektrik, mekanikal dan pemasangan
• Mahir dengan Mesin CNC Mazak, DMG Mori & Fanuc
• Pengetahuan dan pengalaman dengan peralatan ujian elektrik, sistem elektrik, hidraulik dan mekanikal.

Job Description :

• Maintain the machine to ensure it is in good condition.
• Managing a group of Maintenance workers and making sure that all follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicating with all suppliers, service providers, & Contractor about maintenance & facility issues.
• Prepare yearly department budget and run the department effcitiely with in target.
• Knowledge in Hydraulics, Electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is an added advantage.
• Do plan and arrange Preventive Maintenance for all machines.
• Respond and take immediate action to rectify break down machine and reduce the downtime.
• Making detailed records of all maintenance activities like spare parts, facilities spend, Preventive, downtime, etc.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to read machine manuals, electrical, mechanical, and assembly parts installation & troubleshooting
• Familiar with Mazak, DMG Mori & Fanuc CNC Machines
• Knowledge of and experience with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Job Description

Maxx Engineering Pte Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Maintenance / Business Development Manager to expand our engineering services in building maintenance and Addition &Alteration (A&A) works. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, and project coordination to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new business opportunities for maintenance contracts and A&A projects (Fire Protection Codes of Practices)

• Lead, plan, and manage full project lifecycle including design, installation, testing & commissioning of fire protection systems.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower deployment, and project timelines to ensure timely completion of maintenance and A&A works within budget.

• Conduct site visits and understand clients' requirements.

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and service proposals.

• Manage maintenance contracts, renewals, and customer accounts.

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and main contractors on all technical matters.

• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project costs/progress, variations orders, payment collections, and procurement activities.

• Ensure all works comply with SCDF requirements, Singapore Standards (SS), NFPA codes, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct regular project meetings and ensure effective communication within the project team.

• Achieve sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire protection, M&E, or construction industry or A&A works.

• Good knowledge of fire protection systems and SCDF regulations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Self-motivated, independent, and results oriented.
