Job Description:

• In charge of conducting maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end users.
• Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on machinery used in production department.
• In charge of planning and performing tasks related to facilities, upgrading and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for troubleshooting machinery malfunctions.
• Take charge of maintaining updated records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work.
• Responsible for identifying and purchasing critical spares for preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for identifying probable causes of potential failure of machinery & equipment and arrange for preventive repair and replacement to minimize machine downtime.
• In charge of maintain good housekeeping practices in maintenance work area and stores.
• Responsible for ensuring Compliance of in-house safety rules and procedures by all vendors
• In charge of supervising contractors performing maintenance jobs
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/ Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Min 5 years working experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in the manufacturing environment
• Min 5 years working experience in building facilities in the manufacturing environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAINTENANCE

• Lead & supervise all preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance and repairs
• Responsible in monitoring and maintaining all building / property facilities at optimum performance and be alert of any abnormal functioning or damages
• Schedule all maintenance inspections and ensure that defects are reported and resolved as required
• Oversee and coordinate the schedules for all planned rectification & preventive maintenance works and ensure compliance with completion time
• Direct or prepare estimates, plans and specifications for maintenance works and ensure effective and efficient utilisation of all resources & supplies
• Coordinate with tenants & contractors on all rectification works to ensure delivery of results
• Monitor all work orders issued for maintenance & repair work and ensure that the standards of workmanship are within regulatory standards
• Ensure that the building maintenance logs & records are properly documented and maintained
• Requisite tools, equipment and supplies required for operations
• Prepare and submit weekly Building & Facilities Defect Progress Report during DLP
• Provide technical advice and information to project teams and other departments as required
• Attend to all complaints, feedbacks & service requests from client, tenant and the general public
• Ensure maintenance operations are in compliance with ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies and authorities’ requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

• Provide orientation and ensure workers receive the required training
• Provide regular feedback on workers and team performance
• Conduct performance appraisals regularly and in a timely manner
• Coach and guide workers

The Live Streaming Recommendation Core Technology Team is primarily responsible for foundational models and distribution pipelines in live streaming recommendations, including model iteration for modules such as precision ranking, first stage ranking, and recall. The team's key focus is optimizing algorithmic efficiency by addressing business challenges unique to live streaming content, deeply understanding user needs, and building industry-leading recommendation models. Additionally, the team serves as a centralized platform to support iterative improvements across various verticals within live streaming, accelerating business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for algorithmic work in Multimodal Learning, Computer Vision (CV), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for TikTok's global live streaming business. Explore and implement content understanding technologies across various business lines to drive metric growth and technical innovation.
2. Lead the training and optimization of multimodal large models specifically for live streaming visual styles. Leverage capabilities in high-quality data curation and experience in SFT & RL to achieve SOTA performance in business scenarios.
3. Responsible for building and optimizing the fully automated review architecture for content moderation scenarios. Explore innovative applications of large models within the safety and moderation business.

Qualifications

Minimun Qualification:
1. Master technologies and application experience related to multimodal understanding. Possess a deep understanding of the architecture and training frameworks of mainstream large models, and continuously track the latest advancements in related fields.
