JOB SUMMARY

The Engineer will support the Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.

Main focus: conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production equipment and personnel.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Engine/Product Production Support Repair

1) Tool Support (Primary Function)

• Design and develop repair fixtures/jigs/tools to support operational requirements, ensuring compliances with safety standards, dimensional tolerances and quality specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and end-users for fabrication and procurement of tools/equipment/consumables
• Perform tooling/consumable equivalency reviews
