About the Job:

As a production operator, your duties involve operating injection moulding machines to produce parts to meet production goals and timelines. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the quality control of products.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

· Operate moulding machine in accordance to guidelines and instructions.

· Perform visual inspection of moulded parts as a first cut inspection.

· Perform inspection of moulded parts with the use of microscope to ensure it meets the required quality.

· Follow up on the job orders and production schedule timely to meet daily production targets.

· Ensure general workplace safety when operating the machines.

Job Summary

Perform Manufacturing Engineering activities within Engine Overhaul and Component Repair production areas. Act as the Technical Authority, ensuring the initial and ongoing capability of production methods to consistently produce conforming products, and driving the resolution of technical issues, problems, and deviations to meet business and customer requirements in safety, cost, delivery rate, and lead time (SQCD). Support the integration of all Manufacturing Engineering activities across the product lifecycle and throughout the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities

·       HSE – Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm programme.

·       Product Safety – Understand product safety risks and implement mitigation actions to achieve required safety levels in support of the Company’s Safety Management System.

·       Quality – Promote a zero-defect culture by ensuring manufacturing processes and methods are developed and deployed to support Right First Time principles. Support process and product quality investigations and manage NADCAP accreditation requirements.

·       Delivery – Ensure manufacturing processes and methods, including those of suppliers, are developed and deployed to support Right First Time delivery using SPS, DMAIC, and Systems Engineering tools. Manage FAIR/MSA activities and source and method changes within the area of accountability.

·       Delivery – Review and resolve identified issues, including troubleshooting strip/build, balancing, runout, in-situ repair, and component repair processes, as well as key equipment and tooling (ITT, VTL, BTG, Wash, FTB, CMM, etc.), and re-establish standards.

·       Cost – Support the area of accountability in meeting cost targets, including productivity and Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ).

·       Standards – Deploy and sustain SAESL Operating System standards in collaboration with the Cell/Area CFT and suppliers, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of standards.

·       Technical Authority – Define manufacturing engineering and process requirements and make technical decisions within the area of accountability.

·       Lean / Improvement – Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes and methods. Prioritise and drive new initiatives based on business cases and promote adoption of best-in-class practices.

·       Deploy Capability (including NPI) – Ensure production readiness for new manufacturing capabilities and methods. Develop real-time, data-driven methods to capture process capability and ensure effective use across the facility and supply chain. Maintain Production Technical Packages (e.g. technical instructions, programmes, tooling) for all parts and assemblies, ensuring manufacturing processes meet requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate, and lead time.

Qualification / Experience

·       Degree in Aeronautical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Candidates with an Aeronautical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Diploma and relevant experience will be considered.

Role Summary

We are developing a manufacturing data and applications platform to support digitalization and automation across the organization. The role begins with building the foundational data layer—designing databases, pipelines, and system integrations—and progressively expands into developing business logic, backend services, and user‑facing applications on a modern manufacturing app platform. This position is well‑suited to an engineer who has demonstrable experience delivering production web applications to internal users, is comfortable working close to operations, and is eager to grow into a full‑stack role spanning data engineering, backend/API development, and front‑end application development.

Responsibilities

1) Data Foundations & Engineering

• Design and evolve a maintainable relational or structured data model suitable for hierarchical manufacturing data.

• Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation processes.

• Establish reliable technical integrations with manufacturing applications, including:

• Understanding source data structures and interfaces

• Implementing stable connectors for recurring data acquisition

Qualifications & Experience

• Track record of building and maintaining in‑house, multi‑user, web‑based applications for internal stakeholders (e.g., portals, operational tools, or workflow apps).

• Strong programming fundamentals with hands‑on experience in at least one general‑purpose language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or equivalent).

Summary

The Equipment Operator I/II is responsible for driving different type vehicles, depending on the job nature and assist the FIC to provide top-class service to your customers, which is not limited to uplifting of meal services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check, collect and assemble dry stores, flight equipment, foodstuff and supplementary stores into the delivery vehicle used in the servicing of the flight

• Prepare and load dry ice in loading devices containing foodstuff

• Drive and operate high lift or vehicles in the servicing of flights or task assigned

• Execute the Catering exchange or uplift according to the requirement of the Airline’s galley Loading Plan/AFSS.

• Handover meals and dry bonded stores to the Flight Crew

• Perform Flight IC duty on Regional Transit and Night Stop flights

• Perform Flight 2 IC duty on other flights (for EO II - at the discretion deemed suitable by the Senior Supervisors/Supervisors or OE DPT)

• Return unloaded soiled equipment and dry store loading devices to the respective areas upon return to the Flight Kitchen after the servicing of a flight

• Dispose all garbage from the delivery vehicle to the garbage room
