Accounts Duties:
- Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
- Carry out in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records
- Prepare GST support documents and assist in GST submission
- Maintain journal entries, reconciliation of the general ledger matters
- Administer banking transactions including internet banking
- Ensure accuracy and the timely closure of monthly accounts
- Assist to coordinate with branch company transactions
- Assist to administer payroll related tasks
- Those with full sets account experiences will be consider with officer role
Admin Duties:
- Prepare company letters and memos
- Handle licenses & permit on government portals
- Handle staff insurance and welfare matters
- Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangement
- Issuance & control of company items
- Handle staff’s training matters
- Liaise with vendors on office/building/dormitory maintenance
- Prepare HR Administrative related reports / letters
- Other Accounts /HR Admin duties as assigned by superior / management
Requirement
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in SAP B1 accounting software will be an advantage
- Salary will commensurate based on working experience
- Able to converse and write Mandarin to manage Chinese-speaking workers
- Willing to work at Pasir Ris Loyang Industrial Estate
