Job Descriptions:
Program & Product Operations
Own the end-to-end affiliate program experience, including partner onboarding, activation, and lifecycle management.
Design and launch affiliate initiatives (e.g., campaigns, missions, incentives) within internal platforms, ensuring scalability and strong user experience.
Drive partner growth through targeted lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, activation, reactivation) using CRM and engagement tools.
Manage and continuously improve the affiliate ecosystem and community experience at scale.
Product Analytics & Insights
Leverage data to evaluate product and campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, and identify friction points in the user journey.
Monitor key metrics (e.g., activation rates, conversion, tracking accuracy) and proactively surface anomalies or performance gaps.
Translate data insights into actionable product and operational improvements.
Product & Process Optimisation
Continuously refine workflows and user journeys across onboarding, campaign setup, communications, and support.
Identify product gaps, tooling limitations, or UX pain points, and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement enhancements.
Contribute to roadmap discussions by providing data-backed recommendations to improve platform functionality and partner experience.
Partner & Stakeholder Experience
Act as the voice of affiliates by addressing partner needs related to platform features, attribution, incentives, and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless and consistent partner experience.
Support enablement through training materials, knowledge hubs, and scalable documentation.
Quality, Governance & Platform Integrity
Ensure campaigns, incentives, and partner activities align with platform policies, compliance standards, and regional regulations.
Maintain high standards of data integrity, tracking accuracy, and overall platform reliability.
Web & Digital Experience Management
Own and optimise affiliate-facing digital touchpoints (landing pages, education hubs, dashboards).
Iterate on content, design, and UX using CMS tools (e.g., Webflow, WordPress) to improve conversion and usability.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in product operations, growth and digital platforms.
Strong data handling skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL a bonus).
Ability to build and update web pages (Webflow/WordPress/HTML/CSS basic proficiency advantageous).
Demonstrated ability to identify user pain points and drive cross-functional solutions.
Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination abilities.
