Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As an (Associate Product Marketing Manager),  you will be part of a two year, cohort based, development program. This unique career path within Google’s marketing team includes an activity community, a robust support network and unique learning experiences. During your time in the program, you will work on priority marketing projects in your organization, develop a breadth of marketing skills, join a strong community of peers and alumni, and be supported by dedicated mentors and senior leaders. 

In addition to your core work, you are expected to complete learning and development milestones, attend APMM programming, and actively contribute to the APMM community. You will be assigned projects within the Marketing organization supporting their business goals and you will make direct contributions under the scope of a larger project, with general guidance. For example, you may help bring the user into the product development process, or develop the go-to-market plans for driving awareness and adoption for new products and features among target segments.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product or feature launches and measure efficacy against key KPIs.
• Assist in developing programs aimed at acquiring customers (including business strategies, messaging, collateral, events), increasing the engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.
• Support team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.
• Assist in developing client and executive narratives and presentations, case studies, and content designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage Google's customers and agency partners.
• Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, technology, or related fields through full time roles, internships, projects, or academic classes.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledgeable about and passion for Google's products, technology and leadership in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.
• Developed program/project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, AI, technology, or related fields.
• Demonstrated analytical success, with capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
• Demonstrated global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios.Comfort with ambiguity and agility.

What you will do:

The Product Manager, APAC HVAC Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the HVAC domain in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region-specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process.

This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the APAC domain and leadership teams.

How you will do it:

• Owns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolio
• Operationalizes service platforms from global team
• Builds and launches region‑specific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standards
• Serves as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)
• Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events
• Represents regional field and customer voice to global team
  
  Success Measures
• Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion
• Delivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)
• Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio
• Increases premium (full coverage) service mix
• Drives growth in connected assets
