Tanggungjawab Utama

• Memimpin dan menyelia operasi kilang harian untuk mencapai sasaran pengeluaran, kualiti dan penghantaran.
• Merancang dan mengoptimumkan tenaga kerja, bahan, jentera dan jadual pengeluaran untuk kecekapan maksimum.

• Mengawasi penyelenggaraan mesin dan meminimumkan masa henti pengeluaran.
• Mengawal kos pengeluaran, pembaziran dan perbelanjaan operasi.
• Memimpin, melatih dan membangunkan pasukan pengeluaran untuk meningkatkan produktiviti dan prestasi.
• Menyediakan laporan pengeluaran dan analisis KPI untuk semakan pihak pengurusan.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan Kualiti, Penyelenggaraan, Gudang, Perolehan dan Pengurusan untuk memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.

Keperluan

• Diploma/Ijazah dalam Kejuruteraan, Pembuatan, Pengurusan Operasi atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 4 tahun pengalaman dalam operasi pembuatan, dengan tanggungjawab penyeliaan atau pengurusan.
• Pengalaman dalam pembuatan plastik, kitar semula plastik, pemprosesan resin, pengacuan suntikan, penyemperitan atau industri berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan.
• Rekod prestasi terbukti dalam meningkatkan produktiviti, kualiti, kawalan kos dan prestasi operasi.
• Kepimpinan yang tinggi, kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan membuat keputusan.
• Pengetahuan tentang Pembuatan Lean, 5S, piawaian ISO atau amalan penambahbaikan berterusan adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Excel dan pelaporan pengeluaran.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan berkesan dalam Bahasa Mandarin, Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan and optimise manpower, materials, machinery, and production schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and minimise production downtime.
• Control production costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve productivity and performance.
• Prepare production reports and KPI analysis for management review.
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing, plastic recycling, resin processing, injection moulding, extrusion, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, cost control, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO standards, or continuous improvement practices is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite.
• Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward.
• Manage and respond to users on timely manner.
• Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries.
• Provide necessary information needed for further investigation to next level support (L3) to proceed with fix.
• Prioritize defects and plan for production release based on defect criticality or align with quarterly release.
• Follow up on defect and incident closure and meet incident closure KPI.
• Share production defect support learning with QA team and development team to improve application .quality and minimize future defects.
• Make sure system availability as per respective agreed SLA.
• Support EOD batch run.
• Perform annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for supported applications.
• Provide support to System Engineers on server level patches / upgrade as and when applicable.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer (KT) from project / development team before enhancement release.
• Ensure application documentation is properly updated for each production release.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science/IT or Engineering.
• 10 years working experience in IT industry as Development or Production Support role of which minimum 5 years relevant experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Good and assertive communicator in speaking & writing.
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and weekend / wee hours.
• Experience in L2 or L3 production support.

Good to have:

• Understanding of ITIL, SDLC, FI/Banking domain knowledge.
• Knowledge on enterprise tools, i.e., MQ, Connect Direct, Control M, Helix, Aldon, etc..
• Knowledge on monitoring, log analytics, automation tools, i.e. Geneos, Splunk, Ansible, Grafana, Elastic Search etc..

Essential technical skill:

• Strong proficiency of OS/400 system, RPG, COBOL language.
• Plus point – good experience in Silverlake banking system.
• Added advantage - Open System knowledge - Unix, Linux, Solaris, Shell Script, Oracle DB.

Job Overview

We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a cleanroom environment. The role involves product testing, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards are met before shipment.

This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in a structured manufacturing setting and are willing to work rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product testing and basic troubleshooting activities
• Support engineers in resolving production and technical issues
• Conduct quality inspections before shipment
• Follow cleanroom protocols and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Provide accurate shift handover updates

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred

• Ability to interpret basic electrical or mechanical drawings
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required protective equipment (e.g., jumpsuit, helmet, safety shoes)
• Willing to work rotating shifts
• Able to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods during operations

Day: 8:30am–5:30pm | Night: 8:30pm–5:30am

• Salary:
– $1,800 to $2,200 (based on experience)
