Key Responsibilities:
Assemble single-use bioprocessing containers for sterile liquid-handling applications.
Follow standard operating procedures and interpret technical drawings to ensure product quality.
Comply with ISO 13485, ISO 22301, and cGMP standards.
Accurately complete batch records in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Ensure all required training is completed before performing tasks.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Adhere to cleanroom and safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, QA, maintenance) to support operations.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent contamination or damage.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, or biopharmaceutical environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and GDP is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment under strict protocols.
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.
