Production Supervisor
$3,200 – $4,200 per month
8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Penjuru (Transport provided from Jurong East/Tampines/Sengkang MRT)
• Responsibility for determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labor, to meet production goal
• Assign job duties, determine equipment and supplies required, and build a production schedule
• Hires and trains the workforce for a project.
• Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
• Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise
• Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets
