Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
SPM or its equivalent
Basic communication skill / able to understand instruction
Able to read, write and count
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
Maintain hygiene and personal skills.
Ability to operate machinery and use basic tools
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, hardworking & dedicated
Willingness to work weekends, or overtime as needed
