JOB SUMMARY

Oversee production processes and assists Supervisor in establishing production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards. Also assists in obtaining data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. Helps to minimize excessive material on production floor.

· Assists in the coordination of production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

· Ensures that line employees read, understand and adhere to appropriate policies and procedures. Ensures proper stocking and availability of operation supplies and equipment.

· Assists in monitoring the SPC system to fix repetitive and recognize problems immediately. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.

The Product Manager for IC, Power & Control which consist of cables and devices for Industrial Communications, Cables for Low Voltage Power and Control has a key role to define and execute product line strategy with a view to improve the revenue, profitability and increase customer base for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Steer product launches and manage product lifecycle (PLC)

· Conduct market and competitive analysis, and translate input into product requirements, as well as define product-specific strategies and target market pricing

· Innovate to solve customer problems, integrate new technologies and build a comprehensive business concepts for new product development

Job Description

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping product.

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end; track record of leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
• Experience enabling Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
• Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.

Job Scope:
