Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Management & Governance:

• Lead strategic oversight and governance of shared services operations supporting multiple business units including Trading and Wealth Management divisions
• Establish and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks for all shared services functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives, process optimization, and transformation projects across business lines

Stakeholder Management & Interface:

• Serve as primary interface between onshore stakeholders (traders, bankers, senior management) and operational delivery teams
• Manage complex escalations from multiple business units, providing executive-level resolution and strategic guidance

Offshore Operations Governance:

Role Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial services operations with deep expertise in both trading operations and wealth management support functions with experience including but not limited to the following product lines: Cash securities (eg Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds),OTC Products (eg ELN, OTC derivatives (such as accumulators, decumulators, Options) and Funds (Mutual Funds, Hedge funds etc)
• Able to manage the initiatives and projects relating to system change or workflow within Operations with Business.
• Proven track record in managing shared services organizations, including offshore operations governance and vendor management
• Have a good understanding on control awareness and
• Ability to manage remote teams and manage large scale process migration projects and process improvement initiatives
• Strong background in change management, process transformation, and operational risk management
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing governance frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Strategy & Planning team sits within the CTO Office and works cross-functionally to drive planning processes and operational excellence across the Technology Group. We are looking for a highly organised and structured individual with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive progress across multiple workstreams.

As Mediacorp accelerates its AI agenda, this role will also help shape and operationalise the organisation's AI strategy — translating it into concrete plans, business cases, and execution across teams. We are looking for someone who is AI-native in how they think and work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategic planning process, working with different teams across the Technology Group to ensure work plans align with business priorities
• Assist in evaluating new opportunities with financial projections, market research, data analysis, and business case development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our restaurant operations and technology solutions. You will lead the design and implementation of two critical systems: (1) a billing and sales expenditure tracking system, and (2) a QR-code-based website for customer self-ordering and payment at each table. Your goal is to increase operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the guest experience.

· Analyze current manual or semi-digital billing processes and expenditure tracking (food cost, labor, overheads).

· Design and document requirements for a unified system that captures.Designed front‑end product pages with image uploads, title,and other requirements

· Daily sales (per table, per server, per menu item)

· Real-time expenditure (ingredients, supplies, wastage)

· Profitability per dish and per shift

· Work with developers or POS vendors to build or configure the system.

· Ensure integration with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

· Create automated reports on cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and expense anomalies.

· Lead the end-to-end requirements for a mobile-friendly website accessible via QR codes placed on each table.

· Scan QR code → View digital menu (with images, allergens, modifiers) → Add to cart → Enter table number → Pay online.

Required Skills & Experience

· 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Owner in restaurant, retail, or E-commerce field

· Proven experience designing POS systems and tracking or similar to front page design

· Solid understanding of language platforms, e-commerce checkout flows, and payment gateway integration.

· Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and process flow diagrams (UML, BPMN).

· Basic technical knowledge: APIs (REST), databases (SQL), and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals) to communicate with developers.

· Excellent stakeholder management – you will work with chefs, servers, owners, and developers.

· Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion for documentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

●      Identify, prospect, and develop new cleanrooms, operating theatres, laboratories, controlled environments, data centres and ACMV project opportunities within Singapore and targeted Southeast Asian markets.

●      Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including M&E consultants, architects, developers, main contractors, and facility managers, data centre operators and end-users.

●      Actively track and participate in public and private tenders, ensuring timely and competitive and compliant  bid submissions.

●      Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market share in the SEA region.

Technical Consultation & Proposal Generation:

●      Analyze clients' technical requirements / user requirement specifications, tender documents, and cleanroom specifications(e.g., ISO classification, temperature/humidity controls, HEPA filtration, and pressurization needs).

●      Support preliminary site assessments and coordinate with internal engineering teams on technical solutions.

●      Coordinate with the internal design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and technical proposals.

●      Deliver compelling technical presentations to clients, clearly articulating our value proposition and engineering capabilities.

Commercial Negotiation & Account Management:

●      Support commercial discussions and negotiations with clients under management guidance.

●      Coordinate a seamless handover of awarded contracts to the Project Management and Engineering teams, ensuring clear alignment of client requirements/expectations.

●      Serve as the key account manager for existing clients, handling technical inquiries and fostering repeat business.

●      Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the regional cleanroom and HVAC sectors to keep the company competitive.

Requirements & Qualifications:

●      Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.

●      Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven technical sales, project sales, or business development experience in the ACMV/HVAC industry. Prior experience in cleanroom, controlled environment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or healthcare-related ACMV projects will be astrong advantage.

●      Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ACMV / HVAC systems, cleanroom and controlled environment design principles,laboratory requirements, cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 14644), psychrometrics, and advanced air distribution systems.

●      Network: Established network of contacts with local M&E consultants, main contractors, and facility operators in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, laboratory, or data centre sectors is a significant advantage.

●      Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

●      Mobility: Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required to support regional business development. Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise HVAC system installation including ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and BMS interfaces
• Review HVAC shop drawings, technical submissions, and material samples to ensure compliance with design requirements and client specifications
• Coordinate with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure that HVAC works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
