As Mediacorp accelerates its AI agenda, this role will also help shape and operationalise the organisation's AI strategy — translating it into concrete plans, business cases, and execution across teams. We are looking for someone who is AI-native in how they think and work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategic planning process, working with different teams across the Technology Group to ensure work plans align with business priorities
• Assist in evaluating new opportunities with financial projections, market research, data analysis, and business case development
• Plan and implement strategic initiatives and keep projects on track with close tracking, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and follow-through on key actions
• Scan the market for emerging AI technologies, tools, and vendors; provide recommendations on where to invest or experiment
• Support business cadence by maintaining initiative trackers, defining and tracking performance metrics, and preparing updates for operating reviews
• Assist with budgeting and cost management processes, ensuring alignment across teams
• Conduct analytical deep-dives and summarise insights and findings to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
• Support internal staff communications and engagement initiatives efforts to foster alignment, transparency, and a strong team culture

• 6-8 years of experience in Strategy & Planning, strategy, or operations, ideally in a technology, media, or consulting organisation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify and present complex information
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• AI-fluent: advanced usage of generative AI tools in daily work
• Familiarity with the AI landscape — understanding of current model capabilities, enterprise AI patterns, and emerging use cases in media and technology
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Level & compensation offered may vary depending on candidates’ experiences and competencies.

• Leads the project team to facilitate the successful design, implementation, tracking and maintenance of all project plans, adhering to professional standards and SOPs, according to contracted timelines and budget
• Accountable for TMFs including TMF Index & Plan, audit readiness and delivery of the TMF per agreed upon timelines, when contracted by client
• Proactively lead quality control and risk assurance activities to meet regulatory, internal and client requirements
• Fosters positive client experiences through effective communication and collaboration
• May serve as a primary contact for a strategic client relationship. Develops and manages strategic relationship level metrics. Initiates process improvement to address variance.
• Designs delivery strategy for large scale bid defense and performs other business development activities.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and acquiring new business\

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical development spectrum and ICH GCP
• Expert level organizational and time management skills
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project related issues
• Effective presentation skills for staff at all levels, including internal leadership and external partners
• Actively participates in organizational initiatives

Experience (Minimum Required):

• University/college degree (life science preferred)
• Minimum of nine (9) years relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO including at least four (4) years of full project management responsibility
• In lieu of above experience requirement, a combination of other relevant and equivalent experience may be considered

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the project’s progress and deliver project to expected safety and quality objectives.
• Monitor and control project’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures for all critical and major work activities.
• Monitor and plan ahead in relation to the procurement of the company’s assets/equipment/resources.
• Mentor project team by providing proper guidance and training.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience.
• Proven track record in HDB projects.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Familiar with BCA Quality Marks Assessment standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage project budget, cost control, and financial performance.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and authority requirements.

- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

- Manage subcontractors' performance and resolve site issues.

- Prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions.

- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project status.

- Work closely with Quantity Surveyor on variations, claims, and final accounts.

- Lead and supervise site engineers and project team members.

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Singapore (preferably in civil engineering & infrastructure works such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks).

- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and construction practices.

- Experience in managing projects for LTA / PUB / HDB or infrastructure works is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge in project planning and cost control.

- Familiar with contract administration and project documentation.

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software

- Possess safety certifications is an advantage.
