Job Responsibility/Job Description
- Report the site progress of the project and update the daily record via in house mobileManage and coordinate project activities including planning, system design, procurement & proper implementation on site.
- Coordinating with main contractor and manage project to achieve completion target.
- To prepare shop drawing, material submission, work method statement & installation check list
- Material planning & procurement to ensure continuity and smooth works on site
- To perform testing & commissioning and keep all the records
- Preparing O&M (operation & maintenance manual) and handover the project to clients
- Attend site meeting and monitor site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance application daily
- Preparing & Submit Monthly Progress Claim

The roots of SL Engineering Sdn. Bhd. could be traced back to the late 1970’s. Back then we were known as Soon Loy Engineering and our main business activity was in the fabrication and installation of Sheet Metal Ducts and Chilled Water Piping for the Centralized Air-Conditioning System. Over the years this set-up has served us extremely well and we have completed numerous jobs ranging from commercial office buildings, shopping malls, factory complexes and hospitals. Listed below are some of our satisfied customers. As an ACMV Contractor, we still maintain a fairly well equipped Ducting Manufacturing Facility complete with a Cut-to-Length Coil Line, Plasma Cutter for the Duct Fittings, Longitudinal Roll-Formers and a Transverse Duct Connection Roll-former.
With this facility, we are in a better position to control the production and quality of our ductwork and we can confidently secure jobs and honour our commitment with confidence.
SL Engineering was incorporated as a private limited (Sdn. Bhd.) Company on the 16th of April 1985 and since then we have progressed to be an ACMV Engineering company and is currently operating out of a factory/office building with a total built-up area of approximately 8000 Sq.Feet.
