Role Summary:

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Call Center Solution, Property Management System (PMS), Online Booking Platform and CRM. This role ensures these platforms work seamlessly together through effective API integrations, data synchronization, and process automation. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Systems Ownership & Support

• Act as system owner and subject matter expert for call center, PMS, online booking, and HubSpot platforms.
