Key Duties

·       Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure proper record keeping
·       Act as point of contact for stakeholders and support communication flow
·       Track project timelines, deliverables, and task progress
·       Prepare and update project status reports and documentation
·       Support logistics coordination including resources and scheduling
·       Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and cost monitoring
·       Identify issues and support problem resolution during project execution
·       Perform ad-hoc administrative and project-related duties

Requirements

·       Diploma or equivalent qualification
·       Minimum 1 year of Project Support or Administrative experience
·       Strong organisational and communication skills
·       Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
·       Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an advantage
·       Team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders

• Negotiate with vendors, handle client enquiries, resolve disputes and follow through with payment and invoicing processes

• Arrange and coordinate product deliveries

• Work closely with sales/product colleagues to execute processes to improve operational efficiency

• Provide stellar administrative support to the assigned corporate department/function
